spring lay-out

Here is a cute lay-out I spent tons of time on. Mostly I just wanted to make the little pennant title. I printed the letters on a piece of patterned card stock that I cut to 4X6 and ran it through my printer. Then I punched the letters out with my small flower punch. Cut the little pennants and punched holes in the corners to thread the scrapbook floss through.
