Best photo ever! This photo was taken by the staff at Sterling Animal Hospital win Sophie had her first grooming adventure. Isn't she just too perfect?

 File Folder Album  inspired by Heidi Swapp. The file folder is from Paper Source. I altered the sides. I used "Be You" paper line from Fancy Pants. This album is bound together by machine sewing on the fold line.

 The photo is adhered to the page on the top and bottom and serves as a file for the journaling card.

Here is  a mini album with tabs made from punched out circles.

 The pages are bound together by folding at 7" and adhering the pages together. The pages are 9" wide and 12". I used "Fine and Dandy"paper line by My Mind's Eye.

 The pages have several file folders with extra photos. 

 Notice the little mini-notebook. So simple to make and looks so cute.

 Here is a swing mat. You use a hole punch and brad to attach the swinging mat to the bottom photo mat before adhering to the page.

Word Feud with Sisters

I used a crossword puzzle stamp on the background paper from Echo Park's For the Record line. The flowers are made from multiple flower die cuts and buttons.

sweat shirt for Sophie

I made this sweat shirt for Sophie by cutting off a sleeve from an old sweat shirt of mine. Just cut slits for her legs and angled the tummy. Then finished the raw edges with bias tape. Just happened to have an iron on for the back.

I found this awesome jewelry spinner at JoAnn's. It is perfect for 12-18 inches of ribbon that you want easy access to. I love it!

Magnetic Memo Board

I purchased this awesome wood magnetic board at the Scrapbook Page in Kansas. They had an awesome one on display there. Thank goodness my sisters were able to take a photo and send it to me so I could have some ideas to start with. First I used a stain for the frame. Then I stamped the writing on the frame. I used papers from Tim Holtz to make the flowers and magnets. The background is one 12 X 12 sheet that is held in place with the magnets so I can change it whenever I want to.

Pin cushion

I got this idea from an email from Northridge Publishing. I started with an inexpensive frame I found at Michael's. I put a little fiberfill between the frame back and the fabric and put it together. I cut off all of the excess fabric so It wouldn't show.

Summer Play

The 2 lay-outs I submitted to Club CK for the weekly challenge. The lay-outs had to have the following brads, letter stickers, banner, hand journaling, stitching. at least 2 photos and the colors yellow, orange and or blue.

Surfing Sophie

We filled a kiddie pool and put a boogie board in for Sophie to practice her surfing skills. It wasn't deep enough for her to swim in but she did ride the man made waves.

Relay for Life

Mom's luminaria. Every year my sorority sisters from Alpha Tau participate in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life to raise funds for the cure!
