Slow week

No, I haven't been in my scraproom all week. I have been catching up on the Olympics and recorded TV shows. Plus my poor hands have been recuperating from all of that holding, clipping and gluing. I intend to complete a little project today for Gadget Gal and Petal Pusher.

Croppin Fun

So a trip to dinner with fellow scrappers and off to the crop night! We had a blast and actually completed a few projects. Check out the stitched outline heart on U r in my Heart. The side trim on one side was 1 1/2 with the design punched on both sides. Just flip it over and punch both sides. I am so into border punches!!!! More fun to follow!

Pop-up card

So the inside is cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch smaller than the cover. The inside is folded in half and then the ends are folded in half again. Use a punch for the window. I used heart punches and the sticker maker (you could just use matching stickers). Place a string in between the 2 shapes and then tape to the inside of the windows.

Here are the photos of the album. Notice the letters on the Tools page. I printed the letters on my computer, cut them apart, mounted them on patterned paper, and added eyelets.

Okay now I am going to scrap the whole week long. Snow week! However what does this mean for my spring break and summer beach vacation ?? I am printing out photos for my grandson's scrapbook page that I want to frame. Also looking for photos from scrappin sisters as well as Sophie puppy pictures.

So since there is a ton of snow outside here are some cards that I have been working on, inspired by Scrapbook Trends.
